Meet Oliver
We don’t know much about Oliver, APA Nueva Vida volunteers saw him wandering around in a village.
They could catch him, in fact he let himself be caught. Exhausted, skin and bone, more dead than alive.
The APA people took care of Oliver and after a few weeks he had recovered sufficiently he was able to come to GRA. Oliver is very social / attached to people and goos with other dogs ( male / female )
